A Chartered Accountant who holds a BCom (Accounting) (Hons) degree and H Dip Company Law, Riaan has extensive experience in the fields of finance, tax, mergers, acquisitions, and risk management.
Before joining Imperial, Riaan held the position of CFO for Massdiscounters (Game and DionWired)(Massmart/Walmart) - an organisation in which he also served as chairman of the risk committee and finance executive sponsor for their SAP S4 Hana implementation. Prior to that, he served as CFO for organisations such as AECI and Eqstra Fleet Management.

Christos is based in Cyprus as the CFO of the Tropical Division of the Unifrutti Group since 2018. The Unifrutti Group is one of the largest privately held global groups in the fresh produce industry with the Tropical Division being primarily involved in the export of Cavendish bananas from the Philippines to markets across Asia and the Middle East.

Stephen Sutcliffe

Stephen has 25 years’ experience working in NHS finance and is currently Director of Finance & Accounting at NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS), where he is helping to shape a new era of shared services that underpin the NHS transformation agenda. He previously held various roles across a range of NHS trusts (Acute, Community, Specialist) before being appointed Director of Finance at Oldham PCT. Stephen then helped to establish the Greater Manchester Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) and was Director of Finance at Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) before joining NHS SBS.
Dimitris Basioudis

Dimitris plays a vital role in the APL process and closely collaborates with the categories and Category Managers.

He then went to the USA where he earned a BSc (Cum Laude) in Accounting from The State University Of New York at New Paltz and an MSc in Accounting from The State University οf New York at Albany, where he also received the very honourable distinction of the Graduate Academic Achievement Award in the MSc in Accounting – One Year Program.
Harris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a combined professional experience of over 27 years. He worked in the USA for almost 3 years, as an auditor with the auditing firm Arthur Andersen LLC, and in Cyprus for 6 years as the Chief Accountant of Xerographic Systems Ltd and then Leptos Armonia Estates Ltd and for the last 18 years he holds the position of the CFO of the Papantoniou Group.
Harris is married and father of a daughter.
Michalis Charalambous

Mr Charalambous completed his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Kent, in the United Kingdom. Whilst working in a London based audit firm, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2009 and then enhanced his professional skills by working as an auditor for a number of different industrial companies. Upon, repatriating to Cyprus in 2012, he was employed in the automotive industry, which, due to the economic crisis, represented a challenge but allowed him to further enhance his skills and get to know the Cypriot industrial business environment. Over the years, he has attended various seminars both in Cyprus and overseas as part of his continuous professional development. Mr Charalambous joined the Remedica family as Financial Controller in 2016 and is now the Company’s Finance Director.
