Stephanie Dikaiou Fessas is a Director at Deloitte’s Human Capital Services and since 2005 she has been working with high-profile corporate local and international clients, leading a variety of HR engagements. For 13 years she was the Managing Director of a boutique HR Consulting firm providing a comprehensive range of customised Human Resources Services and Solutions to clients, and in January 2019 she and her team joined Deloitte in Cyprus. Some areas of expertise include salary and benefits benchmarking, corporate culture diagnostics and intervention, talent management, design and conduction of assessment and development centres, executive recruitment, bespoke learning & development programmes and executive coaching.

Dr. René Rüdinger

Dr. René Rüdinger (45) is a world-wide internationally experienced hands-on and strategic-thinking CFO for mid- to large-scale companies in service or manufacturing industry with first class professional and educational reputation.
Studying Business Administration with focus on finance in Germany, France and Spain, René started his career in international management consulting with the PA Consulting Group in London and Frankfurt before he joined the Daimler Group as CFO in its subsidiary for diesel engine related exhaust aftertreatment systems. After his period within the Daimler Group, René created a new automotive supplier company (Albonair Group) as part of the multinational Hinduja Group, which he expanded internationally with production sites in China and India and customers around the globe. Since 2014 René is Chief Financial Officer of the Dutch stock-listed engineering service group Arcadis, where he is responsible for the Region Central Europe.
René is living in Düsseldorf (Germany) and has 1 wife, 3 kids – and a very energetic dog (Labrador).

She is the Non-Executive Director on the Board of India opportunities fund, ICICI International Limited. Before joining ICICI Bank UK PLC, Ms. Sharma worked with American Express for ten years.
Faruk Aysoy

Faruk Aysoy was appointed as the CFO of Eastern Europe (EE) at Lacoste and Gant operations in June 2015. Since then he played an extensive role in exponential growth of Eastern Europe organization as well as in execution of e-commerce in EE, incorporation of Gant in Poland, and Lacoste in Slovakia. Previously he worked as a Financial Controller for 6 years at Siemens Turkey, and for more than a year, as a Financial Controlling and Reporting Director at Gant/Lacoste/Eren Holding in Turkey.
He is a CPA, and holding bachelor degrees in Industrial & Operations Engineering, and Economics from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor - USA, and a masters in Business Administration from Marmara University – Turkey.

Sofocles Tymvios is the CFO of Swissport Cyprus Ltd and the Head of Finance for the Mediterranean subregion of Swissport International AG. He has joined Swissport in 2015 as the CFO for the Cyprus entity and in addition to managing the Finance department was also responsible for the business units of Cargo and Executive Aviation. Currently in his dual role, he is responsible for the finance function of Swissport entities in five countries in Europe and North Africa. Previously, he has held senior finance positions in large private and public companies in Cyprus including Cyprus Airways Public Ltd, for a period of 10 years. He graduated from Manchester University with a BA degree in Economics and Social Studies in 1992 and joined Deloitte in London where he obtained the Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW in 1995.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), found its CFO committee in 2015 and launched its mentoring program in 2019.

Executive with 25+ years’ experience in finance. Since 2001 at the Coca Cola Company and before in multinationals such as Burger King, The Walt Disney Company or Pernod Ricard having started at KPMG. Her current role at The Coca Cola Company as Director, Global Finance Operations Transition Lead implies driving transformation by implementing and owning an end-to-end process across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This role has become increasingly relevant, in line with the development of our global operating model involving Shared Service Center (SSC) strategy and Financial Services Outsourcing as well as the evolution of the process structure and ERP digitization. Antonio Pucci

Born in Reggio Calabria and graduated in Economy, Antonio Pucci arrives in Milan when he was 28 years old. He attends here an MBA, then he begins to work in the Financial Department of Nokia, leading company in the TLC, with a business in Italy of 1 million of mobile phones monthly sold.
After having filled several positions in the Finance area of the company, Pucci decides to join a totally different sector, joining as Senior Corporate Controller Applied Biosystems, company leader in the Biogenetics, the first company to map the human genome in 2000.
When the company was acquired by the main competitor, Pucci decides to change, joining Estee Lauder, leading company in the luxury cosmetics and fragrances, as Head of Business Controlling, bringing with him the important knowledge of the dynamics of an Headquarter, which will be the key for an effective relationship with the Senior management of the new company, both in Paris and in New York.
After having filled several financial positions in Estee Lauder, including a new Corporate role, Pucci decides to face a new challenge as CFO for the South Region in Bridgestone, leading company in the tires industry and mobility solutions.
Eleni Manti
Director, Financial Advisory Services, Deloitte
Eleni Manti is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) of Deloitte in Cyprus. Eleni has been with Deloitte since 2006, initially in the Audit and then in the Financial Advisory department. She has a vast experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuations and other Financial Advisory services. She has led a large number of projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Due Diligence Reviews, Capital Structuring and Debt Advisory, Fair Value estimates (valuations), Forensic and Dispute work, Restructuring and Reorganisation, Fairness Opinion reports, Business plans for clients both locally and abroad.
Eleni holds a degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Whales, ICAEW.
