Prior to joining Advanced Markets and Fortex team, Natallia served in executive leadership role as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Boston Technologies. She was responsible for growing the Boston startup into successful international company with industry-leading B2B sales team and offices in Japan, China, UK and South East Asia.

Katalina brings more than a decade of experience in building and implementing compliance processes as well as monitoring and overseeing the company’s executive functions. In her current role, she is a key member of the BDSwiss Board of Directors and contributes to developing the strategic initiatives that guide the organization forward. Having established a firm culture of compliance and integrity within the company, Katalina acts as a liaison between BDSwiss and its regulators, coordinating key operational efforts including audits, MOKAS reports, compliance risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
