He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pnyx Hill Group, a multi-jurisdictional advisory platform with operations in the UAE (ADGM), Cyprus, Greece, and Kazakhstan (AIFC), where he advises clients on regulatory licensing, cross-border strategy, governance design, and institutional growth.
Yiannos currently serves as Board Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Revolut Digital Assets Europe, providing strategic governance oversight for one of Europe’s leading fintech and crypto platforms, and as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at StoneX Europe Ltd (NASDAQ: SNEX), supporting the firm’s governance and regulatory agenda.
Throughout his career he has led complex licensing and advisory engagements across regulatory frameworks including MiFID II, PSD2, AIFMD, and emerging digital asset regimes, working closely with regulators, central banks, and global financial institutions.
